"Fresh-tasting meals"
I’ve ordered from here a few times now, and the veggies and chicken always taste really fresh, well, not fancy or anything, just fresh and not old or soggy. The meals are simple but good, and they feel like real food. It’s made my weekday lunches so much easier.

"Packaging was just okay"
For some reason, I expected the packaging to be a bit better. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just kind of average and could definitely be improved.

I’ve been enjoying the meals overall, the flavors are good and they’re easy to like. A couple of them were a bit too salty for my taste, though. Still, not bad at all! 😋

"Got a little repetitive for me"
The food was decent, but the meals started feeling repetitive after a while :/ It felt like a lot of the same chicken, rice, and veggies over and over. I was hoping for more variety from week to week. Not bad overall, just not enough options for me personally!

"The meals are surprisingly filling"
I’ve ordered from here a few times now, the portions are way more filling than I expected. From the way meal prep places usually present themselves, I kind of assumed these might be on the smaller side, but that hasn’t been the case at all. I’m actually full after each meal, and the protein feels balanced too, not like it’s mostly rice or veggies with a little meat thrown in. It’s been really convenient for work lunches, and I’m not sitting there looking for snacks an hour later.

"Super easy customer service"
I had a little issue with my delivery time, partly because I probably didn’t check the details as carefully as I should’ve. I emailed them thinking it might take ages to sort out, but they replied quickly and handled it without making it a big deal.
What I liked most was that it actually felt like a real person was replying, not just some copy-and-paste response. I know it was only a small thing, but I really appreciated how easy they made it.

These meals have made it so much easier for me to get enough protein without having to cook all the time, which is a win by itself. The calories are clearly listed, so tracking is super simple, and the low carb options actually taste good too, which is not always the case, as we all know...

"Delivery timing felt a little inconsistent"
The food did show up and everything was fine once it arrived, but the delivery time kept changing a few times, which was kind of frustrating. Not sure if this is normal or if other people have had the same experience, but it made it hard to plan around.

"Checkout worked, but what a dumb little maze"
Ordering went through in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but the checkout was kinda confusing. Took me longer than it should’ve because the whole thing felt a bit clunky and annoying, like some genius made it harder on purpose
